Full complement cylindrical roller bearings have no cage and can therefore accommodate a maximum number of rolling elements.

They are suitable for slow rotating applications and have a very high radial load carrying capacity.
Due to the high friction between the rolling elements, the bearings achieve a comparatively low rotational speed.
 

The NJG23 series has a self-retaining rolling element set and only one rib on the inner ring, which allows the inner ring to be removed. This makes the fitting and dismantling much easier.

The main dimensions of single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings comply with DIN 5412-1 / ISO 15, the double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings comply with DIN 5412-4 / ISO 15.

The dimension, form and position tolerances comply with  tolerance class PN according to DIN 620-2 / ISO 492.
